WMA takes Top Honors

For the second year in a row, Withee Malcolm has won the industry's highest honors for multifamily housing, The National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Pillars of the Industry award and the SAGE award. This year's Pillars Award went to Ascent at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA for Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community. The SAGE Award for innovative residential development for the 55+ market was given to Mirandela Senior Affordable Apartments in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA as Project of the Year.
