Proficiency in AutoCAD (recent releases), Photoshop, REVIT and/or SketchUp are required. Possessing a California Architect License and/or LEED accreditation is a plus.

QC/Project Manager
Qualified candidate must be a licensed California Architect, LEED Accredited, with a minimum 15 years experience in high-density residential/mixed-use projects. Required skills must include excellent graphic and verbal communication.
Some of the duties involve:
- Coordinating documents, overseeing quality control and detailing of projects.
- Reviewing shop drawings and material samples for conformance with design.
- Conducting and documenting field observations to monitor progress of construction.
- Performing construction administration duties (RFI's, RFP's, change orders, etc.)
Internal responsibilities involve maintaining project budgets, staff scheduling, and mentoring of junior architectural staff. The ability to initiate and maintain client relationships in support of the firm's business development efforts is essential. This position offers the potential for advancement.
