To assure that the 191-unit community would have competitive appeal in a market dominated by single-family homes and larger condominiums, Withee Malcolm Architects addressed the design at three levels: modulating the façade to give the contemporary urban architecture a residential sensibility, creating an outdoor public area with a hip resort ambience, and providing well-planned interior layouts that maximize the livability of the smaller spaces.
