This masterplanned phased community at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) consists of 900 residential units developed on an 8-acre site. The project features four unit types ranging from 882 to 1,245 sf, and consists of two- and three-story on-grade apartments, attached for-sale townhomes and single-family detached homes.
