Centrally located in the Marina District of San Diego, adjacent to the historic Gaslamp District just minutes from major attractions and transportation including the Amtrak and Trolley stations, the ferry landing, and San Diego’s Lindbergh Field Airport, this mixed-use development combines retail, restaurants and residential units. The design challenge was to accommodate the vertical mix of uses — the operational demands of the restaurants including venting and waste removal with the resident demand for privacy, views and fresh air.
