The masterplan for Issaquah Highlands was designed around the pedestrian, creating visual and physical access between the adjacent parcels. The overall community includes office space, retail space, and residential. Buildings 6 -7 on the northwest corner of the masterplan include approximately 28,000 sf of street level retail space, a 16-plex theater, nine live-work lofts, and 85 residential units surrounding a 520-space parking structure.
