Skyline Village is a 73-unit affordable housing project located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, on an irregular site with 20 feet of grade change between two parallel streets abutting the property. A parking garage opening to the lower level street allows for a central courtyard at grade level.

The units range from 590 to 1,430 sf and consist of one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom flats and townhomes. Each unit features a private patio or balcony offering city lights or garden views. The project also offers a host of amenities, including a community room, a fitness center, a computer lab, a conference room, a laundry room, a basketball court, two playgrounds, a BBQ and picnic area, and a gated subterranean parking lot.
