This 86-unit intergenerational housing community of affordable senior and family housing was designed for the City of Westminster. The complex consists of apartments and townhomes with a centrally located intergenerational community center. Activities for all ages are programmed in the center. The project is located adjacent to the library, City Hall, and the Senior Center.
