Tempo is part of the City of Los Angeles' comprehensive 1,100 acre Playa Vista Specific Plan which creates a new series of neighborhoods mixing residential, commercial, office and civic space. The project features 116 one- and two-bedroom units with seven different plan types and 9,900 sf of ground-level retail space.
