After completing the land entitlement process that included a full Environmental Impact Report in less than a year, Withee Malcolm developed an architectural approach to the masterplan that incorporates a range of residential styles and plans for the three single-family products that include paseo homes, cluster homes and conventional homes. The community also includes a central recreation area with a community pool and tennis court.
