Located in the City of Carson, within close proximity to markets, banks, restaurants, parks and health facilities, the mixed-use development is designed to resemble an Italian village. The project features walkways decorated with water fountains and colorful landscaping encouraging pedestrian activities and residential interaction.

All retail areas are located at ground level facing Carson Street, the major arterial route. The residential element features seven unit types, from one to four bedroom flats and townhomes over semi-subterranean parking. The two-story townhomes surround the parking garages at grade in order to soften the effect of the garage and minimize the impact on the existing neighborhood in terms of height and privacy.
