An easement dividing the site is treated as a public passageway that terminates in a village plaza facing the transit station. The contemporary architecture celebrates the experience of transit and people motion, with the bold, large-scale facade components addressing the train-side while those facing the rear and side streets are smaller-scale with more detail.
