Mauricio Munoz

Mauricio is Director of Multifamily in the Los Angeles office. He is an authority on planning and design of affordable housing. His expertise, gained from more than a decade working on inclusionary zoning, low-income, HUD and age-restricted projects, includes all phases of project development, from site planning and entitlements to construction documentation and onsite observation.
