Bellecour Way, a quality multifamily residence, was due for an update. The interior design team developed a new Contemporary French design that expresses the existing architectural details through finishes and FFE with a vocabulary of understated elegance. Throughout the public spaces all of the detailing—crown molding, baseboards, beams and wrought iron fencing—are enhanced using a simple, sophisticated, black and white color scheme. The furniture and artwork provide the color accents in the rooms.

Outdoors, adjacent to the existing pool outside of the fitness room, the design creates a new amenity space.
