Services for this long-standing financial services client have included interior fit outs and tenant improvements across numerous U.S. locations. Designs for the company’s Chicago flagship began in a similar fashion with a request for façade designs, but blossomed into cultural elements being integrated into the design along with the use of enhanced 3D visualization tools.
The exterior design for this neighborhood fixture showcases murals and art reinterpreted from Hispanic cultural icons that resonate with residents of this South Lawndale neighborhood. Colors, patterns, textures and even monolithic architectural components have been applied to the exterior of the transaction retail space along the two street frontages as well as a shared patio with outlets for cafes or restaurants at the rear of the building. Three-dimensional (3D) renderings, that the client could navigate on their own via gaming technologies, increased support at the highest levels of the company.
